Our construction professionals deal with claims for construction defects, extra work, delay and disruption, acceleration, lost labor and equipment productivity. We understand how to calculate extended project costs so that we can assist our clients in recovering expenditures lost on a delayed project.

Our Experience
Our professionals provide counsel on projects as diverse as the construction of the largest ceramic sanitaryware factory in Europe, greenfield factories in Thailand and Bulgaria, the first large American factory in Vietnam, and a number of factories in China.
